What would you guys grade this Franklin? Do you think it is cleaned? or any other problems. Thanks.

There is significant wear on the hair and it looks to be cleaned.

It is by no means a Choice AU. I'd say more around the lines of XF40 maybe lower

There's a wicked dig in front of Ben's turkey neck by the date and even if it technically AU, it's not choice because it's so weakly struck. I agree; hold your ammo.

Just to let you know, 1949-S is commonly found with a weak strike (also 51-S, 52-S, 53-S, and 54-S)
