Did I pay too much, is there a fatal flaw with the coin? Or should I be satisfied? Report this Post to the Staff

If the coin is as clean in hand with macro pictures as it is in their pictures, it may be a mid level MS coin. Only thing that stands out to me is the mark on the chin and the mark below the "T". Even in AU I don't think you did bad on your first purchase. This was Superdave's specialty year. He should see this eventually and give his thoughts. Report this Post to the Staff

Either way, no fatal flaws, although the greenish areas interest me. I'd like to see a better pic of the coin once you have it in-hand. It appears to be a nice clean (in a good way) example. Also, that coin holds some special significance to me, because that year (1921) was the year my grandfather was born. I'm trying to get an XF-AU Peace dollar from 1925 because that's the year both of my grandmothers were born. Report this Post to the Staff
