I thought it kind resembled a 1969S-1MM-001. Maybe not. Here is another pic. This is the best one I can get.

Look at the date, especially the last "9".... its showing Machine Doubling.

I am too critical when it comes to RPM's. I deal with electronic forensics from time to time, and to me, the "S" doesn't look doubled.

There appears to be some sort of marks in the curls of the "S" but it if you look it and try to draw an image of an "S" using those marks near the real "S" , it doesn't look good.

The coin is well circulated, so its tough to say what that extra material is at the top and bottom curl of the "S".

The bumps in the field around the mint mark are caused by a damaged punch.
