Would this be considered re-punched or die wear?
All my other 1949 nickels are normal.
Have any other members seen anything similar?

I'm also confused by the Doubled die, double strike, die shift, or deterioration. I looked around for that year in that coin and they did have die cracks, clashes, and doubled die problems, so I would quess a doubled die. What do you think?
