Hey there, I bought this coin as a part of a collection. This coin was listed as 2 incomplete clips + Orange peel?

I have my doubts about the clips. Any opinions?

thanks

Being that both are on exact opposite sides I'm inclined to think it was put in a vice..

it's PMD to me, there is no missing metal that I can see, just displaced.

I agree also. The metal has been misplaced not clipped from the coin. It's been hit very hard or squished by something.
