This one is waaaay frosty; I think the "marks" on the cheek are quite deceptive and mostly breaks in the frost rather than actual dings. Great coin, and an RPM I think. I have it at a good 64.

The frost on the devices is great. I'd say MS-64

The way those eagle talons look on the reverse, the die polish marks and the super clean cheek I lean more twards 65 or 65+

I'm at 65 on this one, very nice frosty coin with no significant marks. The only reason I won't give it a higher grade is the luster scuffs.
