1945-D Half Dollar, Walking Liberty Question

For those who have one or more of these coins, it would be appreciated if you could look at your coin(s) and say whether there is a high spot on the coin that completely surrounds Liberty. I see what appears to be a high spot on a picture (Wikipedia) that may be physical, or it may be due to lighting. I'm including the link, if you'd like to see the high spot I'm referring to. Thank-you in advance.

The rim on most US coins is higher than the design.
US coins are made that way so that the coins will stack neatly.

I'm talking about the area immediately surrounding Liberty Figure, not the rim... The high area I'm referring to could impede stacking, since it may actually be higher than the rim. Those who have these coins would be able to see by a close-up look at the coin whether that area is raised, much better than can be seen in a picture.
