That's a very nice coin, but I can't say much with these pics.

Details are probably MS, but I can't give an opinion about the surfaces originality or give numeric grade without better photos.

to CCF! Coin looks great but I concur with the others; probably MS but cant be sure without better pics.

Well it can't be a proof since it's from New Orleans, but a coin that old will have some toning on it but I really can't see any.

is it a top pop Gem level candidate or dipped?

The coin looks at least a mid AU and could possibly be MS but the glare is making it a little hard to grade. Very nice coin BTW!
