Wow! Nice chocolate color, smooth original surfaces, a fun die break over LIBERTIES head, and attractive wear! Just the way I like them!

I would say XF40 maybe 45...and a very nice Large Date indeed!

This spot (Classic Head 1C 1808-14) is the last to fill in my PCGS 7070 Type Collection.

Just took care of that! But nowhere near as nice as yours.

Youre much further along than me at the moment. I started the full type set but fell in love with the complete 19th century type set registry set they have and have been working on that since. I'm about half way done with that, once I finish that Ill move on to the rest.

Congrats on completing yours. Which one did you get for that slot?

I was going to say XF40 but I am going with VF35. Great looking large cent. Hard to find that nice.

A very nice example of S-291. I would grade this nice coin at VF 35 to EF 40.
As copper collectors know, it is quite difficult to find classic head cents with nice surfaces, as this coin has.
Congratulations to the owner!
Rest in Peace

Wow. I wasn't expecting one that nice. I agree with EF and echo what has already been said about the nice original surfaces. Very nice score!

This is an absolute beauty...very tough this quality. I'm going to guess pcgs gave it a 50....but eac is surely much lower.

I'm guessing XF-40. I think I was told the grade but forgot, lol.

It's like the same color as my Hershey Chocolate bar :)
