And I don't think buy these numbers and notes the 1992 $1 was not released in to circulation and not minted in mob of roo,s. I maybe wrong or better still this info maybe wrong but its from a very very good source.

I'm not sure, but I'm inclined to think so. I vaguely remember seeing a 1988 20c mint roll in an auction (Downies I think) a couple of years ago, so I assume they were made for circulation. There's nothing about 1988 20c pieces being melted down either (at least from what I've seen).
