I'm sorry can't confirm the authenticity since I know nothing about Chinese coins except to read them.

Not genuine. Very likely not to be silver.

I say you return it back to the seller immediately.

The picture is not great, but many Chinese coins are faked, in China they look on faking in a different manner, so they don't care that it happens.

Not genuine. I am positive that it's base metal not silver.

It was in a lot with 5 other coins, I paid $2.25 total. It only weighs 19.95 grams so obviously a fake.

One obvious problem is that the ROC Year 12 is purposely incorrect so the forgers would not be charged with counterfeiting. It was part of a one year set of coins to celebrate the last emperor's wedding. Should be ROC year 15 (1926). Cheers! CP
