Hello there CCFers! I have been around here a while now and I am rapidly approaching 1000 posts. I have learned quite a bit since I have been posting here, met many knowledgeable people, and even got a couple really nice coin deals  Because this is such a wonderful forum, I have decided to do my first giveaway in honor of the milestone. The prize will be the 1925 Peace dollar pictured. I decided to go with this one instead of the other one as the other one is a bit nicer in hand so I will keep it for myself. On the other hand, I have decided to "sweeten the pot" a bit. The grand prize winner will receive the Peace dollar and also a couple banknotes and some St. Louis-related exonumia. I have also decided to have a second and third place winner- the times immediately before and after the winning time slot will be second and third- it doesn't matter which is which as you will each receive the same thing. I will also have a gift for the recipient of my 1000th post as well and that can be anyone from the forum- you do not have to have a contest entry to win that one, just a topic worthy of my post So, in total, there will be four prizes given away and one of them will be a doozy but the others won't be too shabby either      As for the contest part, this will be a guessing game based on when I reach 1000 posts. This posting is 935 and I will take guesses until I reach 960. My 1000th post will just be a regular forum post and my 1001st post will be here announcing the winner. I only have a couple rules- you can only guess once and you must have at least 25 posts to enter the contest. I encourage World members to enter as I am willing to ship this coin internationally. Guesses must be in the form of the month, day, and morning or evening(AM or PM). As an example, this post would be August 28 AM or 8/28 AM. The winner will be the person whose guess is closest chronologically to my 1000th post.
