Are you asking if it has any value above one cent? If so yes, it is worth more than one cent. Are you asking if it had added value above "book value" for some reason inherent to this specific coin...I do not see anything noteworthy to make it worth more than $5-$10.
I'm sorry for not being more specific. Yes I was talking about value above face. Thank You for the information. I am still on the new side of collecting and just acquired quite a few coins.
