so I just got my first draped bust half dollar and I have been trying to attribute it. I found one that I think it might be but I would like to see what you guys think. Thanks!

Thanks for the quick response! That is what was thinking it might be! So, the 104 is an R-5, correct? does that add any significant value in a low grade like this?

It'll add a bit of value, but to realize that value you'd have to get it in front of a buyer who wanted the specific variety.
