I'd say the ones with dates and types of the coins might be worth a bit more just because its a wow factor, like your Denver Ike bag. I'm sure they're worth around $10, but that's just my opinion. They're super cool, though!

Yes they do have a value. Check ebay sold values for an idea. I see a few at garage sales now and then for $5 on a $50 cent bag.
