I have finally received the coins I sent out for grading to NGC. I was not prepared to be so excited about it! Maybe it's because my 1883 Hong Kong 20 cent came back MS64! But at the same time I feel my 1814 Guayana 1/2 real was under graded (and I think miss-attributed). Still, these slabs have made me very happy and I really like them, and I wasn't sure that I would. The coins look so important in there!
I just wanted to share that, as I had asked you all questions about grading services and such. Thanks for the great advice. I used my favorite local coin store to send them in for me. So I will be sending a few more in a couple of weeks!
I don't think I opted for TrueView. If you have to pay for it, then no. Here are the slabs. I guess you can type in the serial # at NGC to get a view, but they are not super high resolution.
