Does this look like doubling on the R of liberty? I'm not seeing it anywhere else one the coin but thought it looked like a seperation line?

Probably MD. The device is reduced slightly and all the rest are normal. It might just be a contact mark on that device. On doubled dies the usually affect more than one device especially if the letters are next to each other.
