let me start off by saying I have not studied my grading books for lincolns much. I see just a couple of very small dings on the obverse, and the reverse has a couple as well as the Water? spots. if the bright area on the right wheatstalk is just glare and not a hit I would say ms65, if it is damage, I think a 61-62. Just my underinformed opinion, hope I am close to the general consensus.
