If it's in an NGC holder, I think it's graded as MS65. Personally, I see an MS63, possible 64. The reverse looks PL but it looks like there is a scratch in the field next to the chin that would keep it out of the 65 range for me. The lack of cheek chatter is nice, though.

I agree with Susan. I see an MS-64 with a well struck eagle. Nice eye appeal.

It was graded by NNC...
I will open the box and send the coin to ANACS.
Do you know if I need to choose "Research" on the ANACS sending form so that the coin is verifying to be "prooflike"?

Like my earlier post said I think this is about an MS-64 coin. I do not anticipate that you will get a Proof-like designation. It does not hurt to try though.
