If it's in an NGC holder, I think it's graded as MS65. Personally, I see an MS63, possible 64. The reverse looks PL but it looks like there is a scratch in the field next to the chin that would keep it out of the 65 range for me. The lack of cheek chatter is nice, though.
It was graded by NNC... I will open the box and send the coin to ANACS. Do you know if I need to choose "Research" on the ANACS sending form so that the coin is verifying to be "prooflike"?
Like my earlier post said I think this is about an MS-64 coin. I do not anticipate that you will get a Proof-like designation. It does not hurt to try though.
