I just bought a full roll of mixed date silver dimes from a co-worker. I got a really good buy on them, now what? Should I hold on to them to see if silver keeps going up, or trade them to the local coin shop where I have a 1996 SAE on layaway?

Looking for opinions. Do you think it would be a smart investment to hold on to the dimes, or get the SAE?

Sorry alkoz, they are all Roosevelt dimes. There are some pretty nice looking coins in the bunch, but I am in no way qualified to guess on the grade of a coin. However there is only 5 or 6 dates missing to have every year of the run of silver Roosevelts. The coin dealer said that I could put together a nice set of circulated coins though.

If you are not interested in starting a silver Roosevelt set, then trade it in for that ASE.

Don't wait too long, silver is on the rise and that ASE could get expensive.
