Just got back from the flea market . Got this and and 7 nickel dollars for 17 bucks. It is a 1966 SD but the colour is off. It is almost white. Obviously someone tried to clean or dip it.
It is only worth melt I'm sure. Is there a way I could get it back to a shiny silver or should I just leave it the way it is ?

Once the lustre is gone, there is no way to restore it.
