Solely based on one that I have that is NGC graded and has the same overall appearance (strike and a little less toning) I will say MS-64.
Thanks,
Jim

Angelo, I wish I could see the pics, but all I ever see is those little boxes with x's in them. My firewall at work doesn't allow the photobucket pics through.

I'll throw in MS63 since it's not yet taken.

Hi Amac,
Strike and luster look pretty good and there are no major bagmarks that I see. The spotty toning detracts from eye appeal in my opinion and should knock down the grade a bit. MS-63 looks about right to me.
May I ask why you want to send it to NCS? According to the Coin Market retail price guide this coin is only worth $52 in MS-65. Unless you felt strongly that after NCS conservation it is going to grade 66 or better I wouldn't want to invest the grading fee.

I'll go with a MS66 but was actually thinking MS63-64.

I looked at the pics from home last nite. I'll go with MS65 ... those blotches never seem to deter NGC or PCGS. p.s. - Angelo thanks for the offer, but I was able to see the pics so I'll play here.
