The obverse looks like those Wheat cent copper rounds. That is a beautiful cent. I wonder if it was helped by mint workers?

Probably sent off to be reprocessed because of the reverse spots. (which now are showing again) It is too shiny to not be reprocessed. Graded that way by PCGS.

Why would PCGS slab a reprocessed cent? Reprocessed cents always look "liquid" to me and this one doesn't.
