koinpro Pillar of the Community United States 1781 Posts	Posted 05/28/2015 1:14 pm This coin is not a rim burr. On edge, the planchet can be seen to have a jagged crack. The right side was positioned up and inward and then struck. Mike is correct in that if it was a rim burr, it would be more accurately described as a "Damaged Planchet."
