67? Well at least it's now waterproof.

If yours are 67, mine would be 64 with the terrible spotting exhibited.

That's sad, but I have to agree with jbuck (at least it's the medal that get 67, not the RP coin).

I'm really surprised at the prices of 69/69 sets on ebay. They're going for about $130. 69 is a pretty darn good coin. I'd expect it to bring the same price as a raw set. Also, it seems that the auctions go low, but the BINs get a much better price. Anyone would be crazy to sell these as an auction.

I agree. There is too much supply and very low demand. An auction will give the buyer a bargain.

I think things will change in a few weeks. Right now there are about 200 listings for this set. Once it goes below 100, the price will level off close to the Truman set. I think the Kennedy sets will always be low, but the small population of 69s will keep those prices up.

I got an inspiring quote from IKE today:

""This world of ours... must avoid becoming a community of dreadful fear and hate, and be, instead, a proud confederation of mutual trust and respect."

The last 70 I could find sold for just under $1k. I purchased an NGC PR/MS 69 set including OGP for $149 today. IMO, the jury is still out on this issue. But, I Like Ike.
