I am not a collector of notes but noticed the star and possible print error when I pulled it from an ATM last weekend. This note is circulated, has a crease down the middle and a small tear. Is this considered collectible? Any premium?

It's one of 3.2 million printed in May 2009. So, no premium value.

But keep it if you like -- until you get a better one -- then you WILL be a note collector.

I don't think that's an error with printing the original bill. Looks like this bill was at the top of a strapped pack, someone stamped something on the bank strap and missed by a little bit, getting some on the bill.
