Found This a while back didnt see it first but upon further inspection I belive it turned out to be a RPM I just would like some help verifying it and the price.

You ever see Copper Coins web site? They have pictures, markers and prices for Lincolns.

I agree, it looks like the post has broken off of the die on the mint mark. There are several photos of similar die chips on this page: http://www.lincolncentsonline.com/cuds.html
That coin also looks well worn and cleaned. Cleaning like that will take away collector value pretty fast. If you find a coin that you suspect is rare or valuable, don't clean it with anything.
