Hi Guys and Girls,

I remember reading a book once about a coin that was minted in the shape of a pringle's chip. You know the double curve shape.

Problem is I can't remember where I read about that coin.
Is anyone able to point me in the right direction?

Are you referring to France's "Ultimate Franc", released in 2001 it is bowed like a Pringles chip.

Un Ultime Franc is a gloriously beautiful coin. I've flipped a couple, and a third was a gift to a close friend which I buried with her because she liked it so much. Pretty sure that's what you're looking for. The curvature is subtle but can be inferred from the pics:
