1950-D Lincoln Wheat cent RPM's

Searching a circulated date roll I made from cent boxes I found these rpms. A couple fun finds for a circulated roll..

I really like the 1MM-001 very nice D/D West and a
1950D-1MM-011 D/D East.

1950D-1MM-007, 1950D-1MM-001, 1950D-1MM-011, and a unknown rpm or not?

Those are some nice examples. I didn't know rpm could have so many versions for the same coin. I have a 1964 d nickel that looks exactly like the 1950D-1MM-001. I will post a better picture of it tomorrow on its thread.

That's a lot! What determines their error code like 1950D-1MM-001?

that the Copper Coins # from a website http://www.coppercoins.com/advsearch.php you type in the year and mint mark and it show you known varieties for that year and mint mark they each have a number system for identifying them they also cross reference the 4 other major id# systems like CONECA: 1-O-III, Crawford: CDDO-001, Wexler: WDDO-001, FS-01-1c-025.5

Oh I see. Thank you both for the helpful information on how a coin is identified. :)

The 1950D-1MM-011 doesn't look right. The mint mark look further south and missing the RPM. I just see damage on the lower SE loop. The upper part is totally missing.

The unknown one looks like coin damage from what I can see. Just a normal coin?
