Has anyone seen these before they are raised on both the OBV and REV? Sorry for the post they are gas bubbles.

Maybe gas bubbles that have collapsed.

bubbles? it always good to ask?

I seen a few that I would say PMD but are actual mint error.

For example circle on a 1988-p raised on both side.

I have seen a 1988-P with a perfect circle like this other one below but it was in the exact center so its different to your coin but it happen for that year coin and it contained circles on both side.
