Paulsz Pillar of the Community Canada 2187 Posts	Posted 11/16/2015 5:22 pm it's not considered a rotator because the 1 has that serif that the top and when you turn it upside down it doesn't look like a 1 anymore. But it is still a radar note, so for 5 bucks i'd keep it (until I really need 5 bucks). That being said, it won't sell for anymore than $5 probably Report this Post to the Staff
