1926-S Peace dollar.

PCGS holder. Obverse isn't quite as nice as the reverse. Luster is great. Your thoughts?

I think the uneven toning keeps it at MS64. Still a nice piece

63 obv weak struck on lower hair...reverse is nicer strike. Similar to my 21 peace....but thank the high relief aspect. Usually 26s is a nicer strike Adam I am surprised you got a weak obv strike 26s when you can find nicer ones easy online.

I can easily find nicer ones, but the price gets very expensive very quickly, and I'm not rich :P

(Edit: If I'm going to spend big bucks on a Peace dollar it would be on a 21, 28 or 34-35 coin. I can't justify spending an outrageous amount on a 26S, since I am not working on a set.)

First thought was 64 assuming there's good luster.

CCF pretty much nailed this one on the head!

PCGS MS-63 (presumably due to the obverse toning)
