MS details, looks like it has been whipped with a cloth. Does not look "whizzed" which is done with a high speed wire brush.

Ms details I think there too, surface looks questionable.

Otherwise I'd say ms 62 rb, though I do see what looks like actual wear on the collar and shoulder

The marks are on the reverse as well. Perhaps they are just from a cloth rubbing.
