Seller definitely has another one for sale that IS fake, so I question this one also. Looks like a 1922-D to me. Thoughts?

Could be Die #2. Cannot see "We" clearly enough to see if it is mushy. Otherwise, "Trust" us sharp and the second "2" is sharper than the first, so could well be legit.

Exactly what I thought..shadow covering the "WE." Just the fact he's selling an obvious fake makes me doubt. Looks like a trace of a D under the date. Even in a details holder it would be a lot more, so why are these raw? Might have to let this one slide

Blurry Photos scare me. And if they are selling one obvious fake I wouldn't trust them. My opinion.
Rest in Peace

With 22 hours to go it's at $615. So someone THINKS it's real. But for that coin I'd absolutely have to have it in a righteous slab to buy it. As has been mentioned, buying a coin from blurry photos, especially a key date, is almost asking for trouble.

Speaking of shadows, why does the 2nd photo have inky blackness on "pluribus"?

I always find it interesting that in a coin like this he can't get a clear picture of the obverse but the reverse is clear.

The first 2 is way too strong for Die Pair #2. And I see lighter metal where the mintmark should be. I say altered mintmark.

After looking at the listing, I see a spike over the date and a bump under the bottom left point of Lincoln's bust. And I see bubbles in between the E and P in E PLURIBUS UNUM. Not to mention the overly porous appearance. I say cast counterfeit.
