I believe it is Greek but not 100% sure, not sure if it's supposed to be Alexander the Great? Also kind of curious as to a value? This is one of the most faked types of ancients. I recommend reposting to the ancients board, with better pics and a bit of background as to how you acquired it. As others have stated, they're commonly marketed as "thirty pieces of silver" coins, and as such even replicas of them are sought after. It's an exact match for this one in the FORVM fakes database.
