Any thoughts on a grade for this one?
Disregard the greenish splotch on the reverse. It showed up through the optimizer when I brought the size down.

Maybe VF-20. reverse holds it back a little.

It does have so dings for sure; which is why I'm a bit hesitant on submitting it. Being that it is a key date, I may anyway and cross my fingers.

With the strike quality of this series (or lack thereof) this could be an EF40 coin.
