I personally wouldn't buy medals because maybe you could save the money for that they would cost to buy the gold coin for your favorite spouse.

I, too, prefer to stay out of medals. I like currency!

I have ordered the 1st 4 sets. They don't cost much and I think it will be a nice addition to any collection. It all comes down to personal preference I suppose.

Not too interested in medals.

My wife and I bought the Jefferson spouse coin because I thought it would be a real "keeper." However, I hsven't noticed that its value has gone up that much.

I bought them only because I don't plan to buy the first spouse series. The 2003 NWR medal is very attractive. I am glad I bought that one. Gave it to my wife for her "zoo". I do own Jefferson's Liberty in gold - only 1 of 2 coins I have bought as an investment so we all know how that's going to turn out :)

I'm undecided on any "medals". I got that Teddy Rosevelt/bald eagle one last year and it looks pretty neat, but I don't really know about collecting them for the Presidents. THAT WOULD BE A LOT OF MEDALS !! Geeeemannnnyyy Christmas !! 16 year Presidental Dollar Program with 4 each year....... WHEW ! I'm not even real pleased with all of the " Presidential dollar" stuff that I have now. I've got 4 "P" & "D" rolls of each President so far..... Several proof sets......... Silver Proof sets (includes the exact same proof coins !) Uncirculated Sets........ and even the Individual Proof coins....... So......the mere thought of also getting the "bronze medals"........ yeah.......I think I just talked myself out of it right here actually ! I already went overkill and the maddness needs to end ! LOL Ha Ha
