It looks possible to me. Are you able to take clearer pics? If you are using a digital camera, make sure you are using the macro feature (if available) and place the camera on a hard, sturdy surface. It will make it easier to determine if the obverse pic is clearer.

It appears to be either a lamination of a strike-through. Clearer pictures should be able to determine which one.

Looks like it to me from what I can see in the pictures. Need higher res. pictures to be sure.

I don't think lamination. I believe that's a struck-through, and a rather large object at that. Here's why:

A lamination actually has a part of the coin peeled away. The edges are generally sharp and jagged. You'll actually see lifted metal around the edges of a lamination in many cases.

A struck through will look like sunken-in surface where something was pushed into the coin, like a footprint in mud. The edges can be smooth or jagged, but it doesn't have any of the 'torn away' appearance of a delaminated planchet.

The edges tell all, and unfortuantely this image is a bit too far away and too out of focus to tell for sure.
