I got this not long ago and one of the 2's in the serial number looked off so we kept it...was wondering what you all thought about it.

Not at all uncommon for some of the ink in the serial numbers to look like that. Given the general condition of the bill, I would say buy a soda with it.
Worth exactly $1.
