Yea I thought as much on the 39. But I'm no expert. What about he 1936?

Harshly cleaned and polished.
Certainly not MS coins.
Someone has reduced their value to $20 items, a shame.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Yes, 1936 is polished and the 1939 is UNC cleaned which is a horrible shame since it exhibits an attractive and hard to find cameo effect.

The 39 looks better than the 36, but both are cleaned.
