CoinCents Pillar of the Community United States 3656 Posts	Posted 03/27/2016 2:54 pm Not a stain, I checked that first- this coin is no supper shiny that I can't get a good shot, it is raised but if you notice the brow seems to have taken a hit (look at first picture) and that is why I was wondering if it was the extra material from that location.
