Note the 'S in TRUST. You can see how the device was reduced by the MD. The overall shape is there if you factor in what was damaged during the strike. (the reduced area)
Here is what you should expect to see on a hub doubled quarter:
1993-&-1994-Quarter.--Doubling
Note the motto. You can see where all the devices there are enlarged from the hub doubling. Hope this helps.
