Archraz Pillar of the Community United States 3499 Posts	Posted 05/03/2016 5:36 pm Hi everyone, I just picked up this rather rare (70,000) French 5 franc coin from L'an 6 (1797-8). However, while it may have VG or so details, I'm sure that the cleaning and test mark affect the overall value. How would you gauge the value of this coin given the condition issues?
