Hi everyone, I just picked up this rather large (30mm)East Asian cash coin, which I believe to be from China. I believe that it is older than the nineteenth century, but I've not encountered one of this ilk before. Any help with this would be appreciated!

Your coin appears to be a 2 Cash Sang Pyong Tong Bo Coin from Korea. The mint mark, I believe, is that of the Charity Office in Seoul and it would have been minted there sometime between 1695 and 1742.
I have a keen interest in, but I am not an expert on Korean coins, and would appreciate input from other members.

aiglet7- Thanks for the help! I actually did wonder if it could have been Korean given the presence of the circle on the reverse.
