1). It is "unbelieveable" because it was manufactured by crooked mint employees and spirited out of the mint by even more crooked employees!

2). It is "unbelievable" that these spuriously manufactured "errors" were allowed to be auctioned off into the marketplace by a government entity!

3). It is "unbelievable" that a TPG service would give legitimacy to an item such as this by slabbing it in the first place!

But then money does funny things to people so that makes it believable

This reminds me of the 1913 Liberty nickel "production" done surreptitiously at the mint.

Very strange error. It is amazing what a mint employee can do to make a quarter so valuable.
