Hi guys.
I found this old spanish(?) 50 ptas, in an old box I had.
I had two of them, and noticed the small star on each of them. Having different numbers, I googled them. Finding that the one was worthless(starnumber 59), 1 dollar or less. But the other one...

It's a 1957 Spanish 50 ptas(pesetas) with the starnumber 58. And the coinedge reads: "UNA GRANDE LIBRE"

According to Google, it's pretty rare and priced at around $400.

Regards
Lord Mikkel Klein of Denmark

We would like to see pictures of the edge, preferably the "GRANDE LIBRE" section.

Here you go :)
The "LIBRE" part is worn down a bit, and hard to see on camera.

This is an excellant candidate for getting TPGd. A quick check, showed these pieces
going for less than 50.

Third Party Graded (a company specialized in determining the quality of and certifying coins certifies your coin and adds a grade, the quality of your coin on a holder)

Unfortunately for us, Third Pary Grading is mostly used in the US/Canada. There are some Third Party Graders in Europe but I think they are located in Germany and Spain. Of course, this is not a free service.
