found this metal detecting at a roman site, it is around 3CM only... sent it to an expert online in Canada and she said she doesn't recognize the item, but maybe one of you does.

It looks like a skeleton with a halo.

If that is what it is then it could be Santa Muerte, Holy Death, Our lady of the Holy Death.

Tryna this is very unlikely I found that in a roman site in Lebanon.
@echizento the other side has nothing .. I found tons of Byzantine coins in the same spot so I'm pretty sure it is, but would like to identify what it is exactly
