For those that know me, I'll call it "bright and shiny".

Come on Okie..

What's wrong with me on this one.. because I'm seeing deep pools of black with nice frosting in that dollar..no bright and shiny for me..

Looking at the PCGS population report it appears that PCGS calls all 1967 SP dollars (Canadian grading standards)
as Proofs regardless of cameo or non-cameo status.Very nice coin.

This hobby is all about opinion and perspective.
Here is the budget conscious collector's version of the same coin.

1967-Silver-Dollar---Guess-The-PCGS-Grade-And-Strike

All marks are on the holder not the coin.
In my opinion it would easily cross as PR67DC at PCGS.
All in it cost me less than the price of a single coin submission to PCGS.
From my perspective it's good that my ego is in line with my budget.

That's a really nice coin you have DBM.

What really boggles me is how some coins can cross grade and come back two or three points higher.
Which grader, the first (CCCS) or the second(PCGS) was out partying the night before or was suffering from eye strain?
Super nice coin Roger!
Have to love those Heavy Cameo's !
