Too much background, coin appears ungradeable from those pics.
Try cropping and largering.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Yes we would need clearer pics, and closer for this coin as well. But right off the bat I'd say its in the F range.

Larger for sure.
A forum member (Sorry , can't recall whom) told me to use an 18% gray background.
Works great!
