The pictures are to small.Need them at least 5 times bigger.

For starters, someone's drilled a hole and filled it .. necklace, charm, etc.

Pics are small but it looks like someone drilled a hole with a very dull bit and then flattened the burr left behind from the bit. Possibly because it was too sharp to wear as a necklace.
